1、如果要修改root可远程登录，修改mysql库中user中的root用户的host为%号，或者是访问端的ip地址；%表示不限制；
2、修改mysql的配置文件，将绑定ip到127.0.0.1的注释解除掉；

3、重启mysql
service mysql restart
